Through the program ‘Rural cooperatives of proximity services and new employment and entrepreneurship gaps: an itinerary and insertion for the rural environment’, the advances that are being produced with this initiative will be announced to open job opportunities for 200 women in the villages.
This presentation, which will take place on Thursday, September 16 at the Casa de la Cultura in the town of Monzón in Huesca at 7:00 p.m., is open to all those interested.
The conference will feature the intervention of María Clusa, vice president of the Cinca Medio region, and will be complemented by a discussion table in which Begoña Nasarre, deputy and mayor of Alcolea de Cinca; Carmen Lumbierres, political scientist and collaborator in the media; and Pilar Febas, rural entrepreneur of the company Lácteos Val de Cinca.
The table will be moderated by Carolina Llaquet, head of the FADEMUR technical team in Aragon. All of them will discuss the future of rural areas in women, addressing issues related to women’s entrepreneurship, such as equality, empowerment and the breaking of stereotypes in the villages.
Through this program, which FADEMUR has been developing since March of this year thanks to the support of the Government of Aragon with charge of the tax allocation of IRPF 2020, the organization works so that 200 rural women can find employment or self-employment without leaving their town .
To achieve this objective, the program includes an entrepreneurship-oriented socio-labor insertion itinerary, six workshops for self-employment and a fair of local products and services provided by rural women. In addition, online training is offered in new employment niches, offering a total of fourteen courses through the page www.redmur.org
